Begin with movement that promotes ankle mobility such as single leg hip hinges, standing leg abductions on a platform e.g. 1/2 foam roll. Start with bodyweight then progress with some resistance. Dynamic bodyweight movements is a great start to promoting strength and balance to your ankle. Keep moving! Julio
